My innate desire to help others has been a driving force throughout my life. This passion has led me to coach women of diverse backgrounds and ages, guiding them through transitions in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. As a Certified Integral Master Coach™, I have had the honor of supporting mid-lifers as well as women pursuing long-held dreams, going through life transitions, and navigating professional changes.

The Big Brown Suitcase
In candid retelling, Parvin shares her story of resilience, determination, and, ultimately, freedom. With nothing but a big brown suitcase, she courageously navigates her challenges to apply for a U.S. student visa, only to confront danger during a hostage crisis at the American embassy; her life then takes a turn. Unable to fulfill her dream, Parvin confronts internal conflicts stemming from generational beliefs and cultural expectations.
